Lisa Zoretich - Managing Director
ZOGO Hospitality Consulting Inc. was founded in 2018 by Lisa Zoretich following more than 30 years in global hotel operations, brand development, and system implementation.
Lisa’s career spans executive property leadership and brand-level operational design across international portfolios. She began her global work with Hilton International’s Front Office Development team, contributing to the rollout of a new CRS across 179 hotels in 54 countries. This experience shaped her ability to align operational reality with technology and brand standards.
She later served as Group Director of Rooms for Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts, where she led the development of brand SOPs, pre-opening planning, training frameworks, and compliance initiatives across multiple properties.
Through ZOGO, Lisa has supported luxury and lifestyle brands, including Hard Rock Hotels, Reverb by Hard Rock, and hospitality groups in the Middle East. Her focus is on translating brand vision into clear, executable operational frameworks, from guest journey design and SOP architecture to training strategy and system alignment.
ZOGO bridges strategy and daily execution, helping hotels open with structure, operate with clarity, and deliver consistent, commercially sound guest experiences.
Marta Maluquer - Consultant
Marta joined ZOGO in 2018 following a career spanning over 20 years in international hotel companies, including Ritz Carlton, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Jumeirah International, where she held senior rooms management and global corporate roles.
Marta specializes in providing solutions to hotel owners and management companies, developing fully integrated standardized operations, and launching new brand concepts. She establishes herself as an in-house resource and leads and supports their teams through the entire project. This includes planning, development, and execution cycle, concluding with on-site management and training deployment. Her experience in implementing global projects enables her to manage the client’s external stakeholders on their behalf successfully.
Marta speaks 6 languages, holds a BSc in International Hospitality Management, and is a licensed Economiste d’Enterprise from the École hôtelière de Lausanne.
